CHECK IN: Check In time is no earlier than 3pm. The keys to your cottage will be on the table of the three season porch.

PARKING: Each cottage has parking for two vehicles directly behind the cottage.

OCCUPANCY: Each cottage has two bedrooms, each with a full size bed. Each cottage sleeps four comfortably. Maximum occupancy is six individuals per cottage (each cottage has a sleep sofa in the living room and a day bed on the three season porch).

ITEMS SUPPLIED:Kitchen: silverware, dishes, cups/glasses, pots/pans, toaster, microwave, can opener, coffee pot, pot holders, salt pepper, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, tissues and toilet paper. If anything runs low, kindly replace it. We have supplied two picnic tables for each cottage; one on the three season porch and one outside the cottage. There are also three on the beachfront (for a picnic lunch). All tables are NOT to be moved. Each cottage also has a TV, a few games and books.

PLEASE BRING: Sheets, pillows, comforter and blankets for full size beds, kitchen towels, bathroom towels, beach towels, beach chairs and anything else you will need that is not listed above.

DAY GUESTS: Please remember this is your vacation and you have paid for a vacation rental. Day guests are not allowed. Maximum occupancy per cottage is six individuals.

BEACH: Our beachfront is located directly across the street from the main house and is designated by the fenced off area. We are fortunate to have our own beach, therefore please be respectful of other guests. Please make sure all garbage is placed in the trash receptacle near the trees on the beach and the lid is snapped on. Picnic tables on the beach are for the use of renters. Row boats are to only be used by individuals that have a boat on a mooring.Please do not jump off the dock!

PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE DUCKS OR GEESE. It is against the law and they make a mess.

PETS: Pets are not allowed on the property at any time.

SMOKING: Thank you for not smoking inside the cottage, on the three season porch, or even on the steps to the cottage! There are couple of smokeless receptacles located on the property for those guests that smoke, but please be courteous of the other guests.

MISCELLANEOUS: Gas grills are located outside of cottages for your convenience and are not to be moved.

Please shut off the gas tank immediately after you have finished cooking.

Please don't take any of the furniture from inside the cottage or on the three season porch, outside.

Always leave shower door closed while running the shower, to prevent wet floors and rugs.

Please do not flush feminine products, tissues, paper towels, cleansing wipes, baby wipes or diapers.

No candles allowed

No fireworks

No illegal substances

CHECK OUT: When you leave please remove all items from the refrigerator, place all garbage in the trash cans behind the cottage, clean all dishes and put away, vacuum all rugs and sweep floors. Please leave the cottage as clean as when you arrived. Check out time is no later than 11am. IF you choose to book your rental for next year, a deposit of one half the rental amount is required, with the balance due prior to February 15th.
